So it was pretty obvious in The Look of Love that Marcus, the oldest of the Sullivan brothers, was having problems with his relationship with his fiance' Jill. Can we just say
That's exactly what I want to do, slap a hoe. Marcus walks in on her cheating. Now he's determined to make up for lost time and bang his way through a few no names neccessary chicks. But this is not what the powers that be have planned for him. He meets Nicola who wants a one night stand too. They are more perfect for each other than they hoped,expected, or are willing to admit. Marcus and Nicola start falling hard for each other before the first kiss. I love to see a man out in public alone with his small children. It always warms my heart. When Marcus holds a ladies baby so she can take pictures of her other kids with Nico I have a swoon moment, and so does Nico. The fire between them builds because of the simple things not just heat from desire. But let me tell you, it gets HOT! Again and again and again.
You know all good things go to shit in these kind of stories. There's no exception in this one. The important thing is how they shovel their way out of the mess and end up in bliss like the above picture I bet you're still looking at ;) Thank heaven Bella Andre gives us a happy ending too. Now you'll have to go read it to see just how Marcus makes this happily ever after happen.
