Reyes holds the carrot out in front us as she reveals in the prologue that Bethany has a secret and I was like the starving horse. I couldn't put the book down until I knew what she was hiding from Damian.
Damian is a fine hunk of man flesh. He knows he's hot and comes off a little cocky. Having his heart broken in the past has him a little gun shy about relationships. He wasn't looking for love, but love found him. As a detective, Damian pays attention to detail and senses that Bethany is keeping something from him but she's good at covering up what it is.

About me? Well, I was born and raised and continue to live in sunny southern California. I'm married and have two wonderful teens. My love for writing began when I was just a kid though, I never really had any dreams or aspirations of doing it for a living.
