Review: Can't Help Falling In love by Bella Andre

Synopsis:

Get ready for another Sullivan bad boy to fall in love in the third book of Bella Andre's bestselling contemporary romance series!

Gabe Sullivan risks his life every day as a firefighter in San Francisco. But after learning a brutal lesson about professional boundaries, he knows better than to risk his heart to his fire victims ever again. Especially the brave mother and daughter he saved from a deadly apartment fire...and can't stop thinking about.

Megan Harris knows she owes the heroic firefighter everything for running into a burning building to save her and her seven-year-old daughter. Everything except her heart. Because after losing her navy pilot husband five years ago, she has vowed to never suffer through loving - and losing - a man with a dangerous job again.

Only, when Gabe and Megan meet again and uncontrollable flames of desire ignite between them, how can he possibly ignore her courage, determination, and beauty? And how can she deny not only his strong bond with her daughter.but the way his sweetly sensual kisses are challenging her to risk everything she's been guarding for so long?

This winter, if one - or both - of them aren't careful, they just might end up falling in love.

With every book I read of Bella's I fall more in love with her characters and dive deeper into her world of romance and love. My absolute favorite book of hers is Take Me, but right now I'm reading the Sullivan series and it is hard to chose a favorite. This book is my second favorite in the series! The story of Meghan and Gabe is very beautiful and romantic. It starts out with Gabe saving Meghan and her 7 year old daughter from an apartment fire that ends up causing Gabe to get injured. Once mother and daughter are recovered they make a trip to the hospital to visit Gabe and thank him. He takes one look at Meghan and sees a beautiful and brave woman and an instant attraction develops between them. Of course though Gabe doesn't date his fire victims and Meghan can't have a guy who might be taken away from her and her daughter Summer due to a dangerous job!

Seriously? This is a couple that you root for from the beginning and when they play that bullshit card it's frustrating wanting them to be together but they keep making excuses! Meghan of course has to put her daughter first like most single mothers, Which I understand because she doesn't want to drag men in and out of Summer's life. It gets really funny when Gabe's brother Zack gets involved to help her with car problems which causes Gabe to become a little jealous and his sister Sophie digs it in a little about Meghan and Zack just to fuck with him! (That is why Sophie is my favorite). Sophie and Meghan used to go to college together and when Meghan ends up at the Sullivan family Christmas party they end up renewing their friendship. Gabe ends up driving Meghan and Summer home from the party and they share a hot ass kiss you can feel in your toes! Of course they back off after they realize their own separate boundaries and decide to just be friends. Little do either of them know that there are greater forces working to get them together so when a surprise ski trip finds Meghan face to face with Gabe, well what would you do if the man you had the Pantie hots for showed up when you needed him most? Yeah baby! You get up on that man and have hot monkey sex! Which is exactly what finally happens!

I was so happy when they finally realized their passion for each other! Gabe is such a great character because not only did he care about Meghan but he also paid genuine attention to her daughter and what woman can resist a man who cares about kids? So you got this sexy ass firefighter trying to get into your panties and loves your kid? No brainer right? Yeah. No. Meghan still has reservations after their ski resort hookup and once back in the real world she can't help but let her past fears dictate her future...to a certain extent but you gotta read it to find out how it ends! These books are so amazing and wonderful you can't help but fall in love with the Sullivan clan. Gabe was such an attentive man and the way he protected Meghan  and Summer was what endeared him to me more. Bella has a way of making you fall for and ultimately root for every couple in her books and I love every frustrating second! Don't just take my word for it though, dive into the world of the sexy Sullivan clan for yourself!
