Review of "Under the Never Sky" by Veronica Rossi

I LOVED this book!!! It's definately one I'll read again.

The story is about a girl named Aria. Ok, at first you may think of Pretty Little Liars because of the name Aria. But the reason for her name relates to her beautiful singing voice, as in opera. She lives in a time where people live in enclosed communities called Pods due to the unstable weather. Storms develope in the Aether and electrical funnels destroy everything in thier path. Dwellers spend much of there time in virtual 'Realms' instead of in the 'Real'. Those that have chosen to live outside in the real world are believed to be Savages. Aria's mother is a Research Scientist in the area of Genetics. When Aria doesn't hear from her mother for a week while she's away on assignment, Aria takes action to find answers. She finds more than answers. I love that I was totally surprised in the last few chapters. I had not guessed where the story was going.

Aria faces life and death, love and loss, and discovers it all in the real world "Under the Never Sky".
